Units are delivered via Landol trailers (tilting deck). Our certified drivers are able to load units with access doors facing the direction you need, to supply you with ease of access. Our drivers are able to have your unit delivered in a timely manner and with the upmost skill and consideration.
Note: 40 ft. container = 2,752 cubic feet - 20 ft. container = 1,376 cubic feet
Our ground level office units are custom built by a professional staff at PMF Rentals. When you need a temporary office for remodeling or a special event, our wide selection of units are just what you need.
20 ft units feature one man door, two windows, one desk, one drafting table, heater, air conditioning, fluorescent lights and multiple outlets.
40 ft units feature two man doors, three windows, two desks, one drafting table, two heaters, air conditioning, fluorescent lights and multiple outlets.
These units are very secure and include safety bars on all windows.
You will need to have your electrician wire them in on your site. Included in each unit is a 100 AMP service breaker panel.
Units do have different layouts but we are sure that you will have everything you need to keep your business going.

Our 40' Ground Level Office Combo units are extremely versatile.
Great for General Contractors who need to store their tools and materials while also needing office space. Winter time it offers a place to warm up and in the summer a place to cool down.
Our 40' Office Combo's have an interior storage area that is over 22' in length to accommodate long pipe and lumber. The office portion contains 1 desk, 1 drafting table, heater and air conditioning.
Storage entrance from office is through a locking man door, so office supplies are safe from those without permission. Storage area also has lighting so it is easier to get to your materials and stay organized.
Our Dock Height Storage Trailers are highly sought after. They come in a variety of lengths and door configurations.
We have 27' Pup Trailers, 45' Storage Trailers, 48' Storage Trailers and 53' Storage Trailers so we are sure to have the size to fit your needs.
Doors come in Roll Type or Swing Type so if you are looking for long term dock parking for more constant usage, we will make it work.
Trailers are cleaned out and swept before going out. They are also inspected for leaks and bad doors. The tires are inspected as well as brakes and lights, however these trailers are for storage only and not for over the road use.
